• Was upset about my family's political beliefs so wrote them a long email but didn't send it
• Had a work session with Mark about LLL
• Late rushed breakfast: apple sauce and avocado toast
• Cooked some rice for later
• Mediated for 15
• Updated Quiet Coffee
• Worked on audio player for Perry's TCI interview
• Did 4 sprints in the park
• Went to Key Food for angel hair
• Made pasta with red sauce for dinner. Avocado on the side lol
• Purchased some running clothing online and a pair of pants I might return
• Updated QC
• Worked on Special Fish stickers
